Principles and Rationale

The rapid changes of the 21st century across economic, social, technological, and environmental dimensions have created a growing need for knowledge, innovation, and collaboration among all sectors to drive national and local development. In particular, the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital technologies has become increasingly important in enhancing research and teaching, improving organizational management, advancing industries, improving people’s quality of life, and creating added value from local resources and traditional knowledge. These developments constitute an essential foundation for sustainable development.

At the same time, achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) requires the integration of knowledge from diverse disciplines, the development of innovations that respond to societal needs, and the establishment of collaborative networks at both national and international levels. Such collaboration is essential for addressing complex challenges and achieving a balanced approach to economic, social, and environmental development.

The 23rd National and International Conference, under the theme (Innovation and Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Local and Global Development) therefore provides an important platform for researchers, faculty members, students, experts, and representatives from organizations in Thailand and abroad to exchange knowledge, research findings, and innovations. The conference also promotes academic collaboration, facilitates the translation of knowledge into practical applications in policy, economic, and social contexts, and supports the advancement of sustainable development at the local, national, and global levels.

Objectives

1.To provide a platform for the presentation, dissemination, and exchange of knowledge, research findings, and innovations among researchers, faculty members, students, and experts from organizations in Thailand and abroad.

2.To promote the integration of knowledge, technology, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support local development, address social challenges, and sustainably improve people’s quality of life.

Registration fee

Summit & Payment October 1-30, 2026

- English presenters (for the International Conference - Online): 4,500 Thai Baht

- Thai presenters (for the National Conference - Online): 3,000 Thai Baht

Government officers will be reimbursed for the registration fees from their origins affiliation. The participation on will not be counted as leave days. (In case that registration fee has been paid, the Graduate School will not resend the fee in all any cases, as the fee will be used for the operation expense)

Assessment

Articles submitted for offer in conference will be evaluated by at experts in the relevant field or related disciplines. The review process follows a double-blinded peer-review system, where reviewers do not know the authors' identities, and authors do not know the reviewers' identities.
